Thanks for putting together this site. I walk my dog in Crow Island Woods every day, so I don’t want to see it go away.

I wish this whole stormwater debate would be over so I can safely talk to my friends again!

Since we moved to the village. This has been THE place to hang out / educate my kids about nature and local history. Please keep the Crow Island Woods for future generations!

Crow Island woods were my favorite part of recess. In an instant one could be an wild, free wolf escaping from hunters, a colonial girl searching for dinner, or a knight riding a steed toward the castle. Those wood fueled the imagination and are unlike anything I ever experienced at school since.

I would like to thank all those that attend our informal information sharing session hosted by Bill Fiedler on 2/11. Just know that Village Council hears your concerns and is working to find alternate solutions that seek to save this treasured asset. We are all in this together!
