4/18 Internal Meeting at 7pm – Save Crow Island Woods

Hello Crow Island fans,

A bunch of us interested in Saving Crow Island Woods are meeting Monday, 4/18 at 7pm.  A Winnetka family has kindly agreed to host.  We’d love it if you — and anyone you think might be interested — would join us!

We’d like to discuss our reactions to Strand Associates’ updated proposal to convert Crow Island Woods into an above ground wetland and consider next steps: What else can we do to keep raising awareness among residents, village council, and other groups who have influence on the decision-making process?  What kinds of further information do we need?
